Terms of use
CleanWhale Assistant provides information and calculator links. It does not place orders.

1. Operator and scope
These terms govern the CleanWhale Assistant public plugin operated by Clean Whale sp. z o.o., Al. Powstania Warszawskiego 15, 31-539 Krakow, Poland, KRS 0000868230, NIP 6751738063, REGON 38745511400000. The plugin provides current information about supported textile-cleaning services in Poland and may prepare a link to a service calculator.
2. Informational service only
The plugin does not accept personal contact details or payment data. It cannot reserve a time, send an SMS, take payment, create a lead, or create an order. A calculator link is not a booking or offer acceptance. Availability and prices are checked again on the selected website before checkout.
3. Using the plugin
Users should provide only the supported city or website, date, language, service item, and quantity fields. Do not submit personal data, authentication credentials, payment information, unlawful content, or instructions intended to interfere with the service. Automated abuse, security testing without authorization, and attempts to bypass limits are prohibited.
4. Live information and links
Catalogues, prices, discounts, coefficients, dates, and time slots may change. We aim to return current information but the selected website is the final source at checkout. The plugin may decline unsupported services, cities, quantities, dates, or malformed requests rather than guess.
5. Website checkout
When a user follows a calculator link and chooses to continue, the separate CleanWhale public contract, main privacy policy, and notices displayed during checkout apply. The plugin terms do not replace mandatory consumer rights.
6. OpenAI services
ChatGPT and Codex are provided by OpenAI under OpenAI's own terms. CleanWhale is responsible for its MCP server and service websites, not for the availability or operation of OpenAI products.
7. Availability and liability
The plugin may be interrupted for maintenance, security, or upstream service failures. To the extent permitted by law, CleanWhale is not liable for decisions made from stale information when the selected website displays a newer price or availability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Governing law and contact
Polish law applies, without limiting mandatory rights available to consumers under the law of their residence. Questions about these terms or the plugin may be sent to info@cleanwhale.pl.
