What to include

• The words "CleanWhale Assistant" in the subject.
• The approximate date and time of the problem.
• The selected city or website and the operation that failed.
• The error message or a screenshot, after removing personal information.

Do not send passwords, API keys, payment details, SMS codes, or identity documents.

Booking and order support

The plugin cannot see or change an order. For a problem after opening a service website or completing checkout, use the contact channel shown on that website or the CleanWhale help page.

Service status

If the live catalogue or availability source is temporarily unavailable, the plugin returns a safe error and does not create a booking or order. Trying again later or booking directly through CleanWhale are the available fallbacks.
